The Commitment Declaration

Stand up. Set an intention for how you will show up today as the person who already has what they desire. Speak it aloud. "Today I am ____." One sentence. Said with conviction. The subconscious responds to the combination of physical state (standing, breathing, voice) and clear declaration. This anchors the identity you've just installed.

Day 1

Awareness: The Audit

Write down every recurring thought you have about your chosen focus area. These are your current programs. Most are not your thoughts — they were installed by parents, culture, and early experiences. Seeing them clearly is the first act of liberation.

Day 2

Decision: The New Identity Statement

Write one clear, present-tense identity statement for your desired reality: "I am someone who..." Make it true in imagination if not yet in reality. Your subconscious doesn't know the difference. Write it 21 times. This begins the neural groove.

Day 3

Emotion: The Frequency Calibration
